How Resunote content is made

The editorial process behind every guide, example, and template on this site.

Who creates it

Resunote content is written and reviewed by Muzaffar, the founder of Resunote — an engineer with 8+ years of backend and DevOps experience who built Resunote's resume-parsing and AI systems. Content about how ATS software behaves is informed by building that class of software, not by summarizing other blogs.

How it's produced

  1. Research. Guides start from primary material: real job descriptions, recruiter feedback, ATS parsing behavior observed in Resunote's own engine, and current hiring data.
  2. Drafting. We use AI tools in drafting — the same way we encourage job seekers to use them: as an assistant, not an author. Every published word is edited by a human.
  3. Review. Resume examples are checked for realistic achievements, ATS-safe structure, and honest phrasing before publishing. Anything that reads like filler gets cut.
  4. Dating. Pages carry the year they were last meaningfully reviewed. If a title says 2026, the content was checked in 2026 — we do not fake freshness.

What we promise

  • No fabricated statistics or invented “studies” — claims either have a source or aren't made.
  • Advice we would use ourselves. If a tactic doesn't work in real applications, it isn't here.
  • Clear separation between editorial content and product promotion.
